Bella Goes Reef Seeking

Jane and I and three other ladies went out this morning on the good ship "Reef Seekers" for some pretty amazing snorkeling--even if that does sound like an oxymoron. Seriously, it was amazing. Our guide Mitch turned out to be the kindest and most supportive tour guide we have ever experienced. Mitch stayed with Jane, guiding her in the water and pointing out the many wonders of the reef, to the point that Jane is now a highly experienced conch finder. She will be happy to give you hints on how to seek out these beautiful sea critters. One of the other ladies said she could hear Jane laughing underwater. That's a pretty neat trick. I highly recommend Reef Seekers and Mitch Valdez. Phone 501-610-3061.

Half-Eaten Birthday Cake
Tonight we had a party for Shelley in celebration of the 30th  anniversary of her 39th birthday. (Don't panic, folks. Her "real birthday" is on April 21st, the same day as Melissa, as in Hobie and Melissa, and Queen Elizabeth, as in Harry's grandmother! You still have time to send those congratulatory telegrams.) Grandma Jane, fresh in from the snorkeling trip, made a cake, but we forgot to take a picture of it until it was almost gone! Angie, Karen and LaDonna joined us and provided a hugh bouquet of flowers!  PepperOni's provided the pizza.

Downtown Guard Dog Buddies
Here's a shout out to some of my downtown buddies. I'm not sure how much I'd like the "second floor" treatment, but it's nice they have each other.
Garden Guarding

Personally, I prefer staying in the garden.

Palm Trees Near the House

Y'all come visit. We'll sail around on "Reef Seekers" and laugh underwater and snort up sea water. You're gonna love Belize
